 Simultaneous massages of an hour duration or longer are available for couples. Two half-hour massages will be given by one practicioner, one after the other. We do our best to accommodate your preference for a male or female practicioner.

 Swedish $60 1 hour, $45 half-hour, $90 1½ hours
A full-body massage using a collection of gentle techniques and strokes designed primarily to relax muscles, increase circulation, and help the recipient experience an improved feeling of connectedness.
 Deep Tissue $75 1 hour, $110 1½ hours
A full-body massage supplemented with therapies to release chronic muscle tension. Practitioners use a variety of integrated techniques of direct pressure points and deep muscular manipulation to stimulate circulation and regeneration of stagnant tissue. Breath and movement are also used throughout the session for releasing muscular tension.
 Hot Stone $85 1 hour, $120 1½ hours
Traditional Swedish massage employing warm river stones gently placed at acupressure points. The warmth and pressure penetrate deep into the muscles releasing tension, enhancing healing, and balancing energies.
Especially good for joint and arthritis pain, and low blood pressure.
Not recommended for pregnancy, diabetes, osteoporosis, high blood pressure/hypertension, fungal infections, very fragile persons.
 CranioSacral Therapy $85 1 hour, $120 1½ hours
This is a gentle, non-invasive technique encouraging natural physiological mechanisms to improve the holistic functioning of the entire body system. This soothing therapy harmonizes the flow of the cerebral spinal fluid through the spine and cranium and complements the body's natural healing processes. It is designed to rejuvenate through deep relaxation, promote good health, and enhance resistance to disease. Session is fully clothed.
 Prenatal and Postnatal $75 1 hour, $110 1½ hours
Prenatal massages focus on tension relief for pregnant women while avoiding contraindicated areas, provided by a practitioner with special prenatal training. Helpful for relieving pain in the lower back, easing pain and swelling in feet, greater comfort in carrying the pregnancy, and relieving anxious feelings about labor. Massages are provided for pregnancies from 16 weeks along until the end of term, while the recipient lies on her side hugging a body pillow.
Postnatal massages focus on stress relief, the abdominal area, and easing pain in neck and shoulders caused by carrying the infant.
Relaxation Treatment Using Breath and Gentle Touch $60 1 hour
A pause in your day. One hour of relaxation through breath, serene touch and gentle foot massage. Learn how to release tension, relax, and energize all at the same time. Fully clothed.
